Betsy Stewart (USA)

Washington, DC, artist, Betsy Stewart has exhibited recently in Toronto, Canada; Washington, DC; New York City; Pretoria, South Africa; Wichita Falls, TX; Miami, FL; and Santa Fe, NM. Her work is currently on view at the American Embassy, Cairo, Egypt; Katzen Art Center, American University, Washington, DC; "A Fusion of Art and Biology,” Cosmos Club, Washington, DC; Carla Massoni Gallery, Chestertown, MD; and ”Fragile Environments,” Bank of America Plaza, Charlotte, NC. Stewart’s work is included in National and International collections which include the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; American Embassy, Barbados, W.I.; Robert Lehrman Foundation, Washington, DC; Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC; Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas, NV. She has received an Artistic Fellowship Grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, and the Don Haug Memorial Award for Painting from the Chautauqua Institute.
